Refunds
StudyAI plans are intended to unlock premium study support for the plan length shown at checkout. Payments should be processed by Stripe Checkout.
Before Payment
Students can try 5 free questions before choosing premium. Premium should only activate after Stripe confirms payment with the backend.
Refund Requests
To request a refund, contact nicoteixeiracudeiro@gmail.com. A simple starter rule is to review refund requests within 14 days when premium was purchased by mistake or the service did not work as expected.
Cancellations
The current StudyAI checkout is built as one-time payments for 1 month, 5 months, or 12 months. If subscriptions are added later, this page should explain how users cancel renewals.
Payment Provider
Refunds, receipts, and payment records should be handled through Stripe. StudyAI should not ask users to send card details by email or chat.
Parent review needed before launch: confirm the final refund policy with the business owner before accepting real payments.
